This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on FireworksCanada.shop, operated by 9485-0583 QUÉBEC INC.

Due to the nature of fireworks and pyrotechnic products, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Fireworks, pyrotechnic devices, igniters, and related products are classified as hazardous goods. For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and order details before completing a purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at shop@fireworkscanada.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video clearly showing the damage or defect

After review, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the damaged or defective item, or
• Issue a refund or store credit for the affected product only

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without sufficient proof.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will correct the issue by sending the missing or correct item at no additional cost, or by issuing a refund where applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Fireworks and pyrotechnic products
• Ignition systems, fuses, and firing accessories
• Items that have been opened, used, or altered
• Clearance or final sale items

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Customers are responsible for ensuring that fireworks are legal to purchase, possess, and use in their municipality or province.

Refunds will not be issued due to local restrictions, permit requirements, or misuse of products.
